Terms of Service

These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of our Services and Platform, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By accessing or using the Services or Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

We may amend these Terms at any time at our discretion. If these Terms are amended, we will publish the revised version and you will be deemed to have accepted any amendments if you continue using our Services after the amendments are displayed. If you do not accept all of these Terms, you should not use our Services or Platform.

You may only use our Services and Platform in compliance with applicable laws and for legitimate purposes. We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use our Services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

Atollhop has made a substantial investment in aggregating domestic flight, speedboat, and ferry schedule data across Maldivian operators. Any unauthorised automated access to this data is a material breach of these Terms. Atollhop reserves the right to take technical and legal action to detect and restrict such access.

Our Services are not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. No one under 18 may provide any information to or via our Services. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors, and will delete any such information upon becoming aware of it.

We take your privacy seriously and operate in accordance with applicable data protection laws in the Republic of Maldives. Any personal data you submit to or via our Services may be used by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree to ensure that all personal data you provide is accurate and up to date.

If you provide us with any suggestions, comments, improvements, or other feedback, you irrevocably assign ownership of all intellectual property rights in that feedback to us, and acknowledge that we may use and share it for any purpose at our discretion.

All intellectual property rights, including copyright, trade marks, design rights, database rights, and know-how, in our Services, Platform, and transport data aggregation are owned by or licensed to Atollhop. By using our Services, you will not acquire any right, title, or interest in them beyond the limited licence granted under these Terms.

Your use of the Services and Platform is entirely at your own risk. While we enforce strict data accuracy policies with all Transport Providers who supply us with schedule and pricing data, we cannot guarantee the reliability, completeness, or real-time accuracy of that content.

Transport schedules, particularly speedboat and ferry departures, are subject to weather conditions, seasonal changes, and operator decisions that may not be immediately reflected on our Platform. Always confirm departure times, availability, and fares directly with the Transport Provider before travel.

We provide the Services and Platform on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that our Services are accurate, complete, up to date, always available, free from errors, or free from viruses or malware.

Atollhop is not a transport operator and is not responsible for providing any of the transport options displayed via the Services. Any Third Party Transport Products booked via our Services are provided by independent Transport Providers.

Atollhop facilitates your connection with Transport Providers but bears no responsibility or liability in respect of such bookings. The identity of the relevant Transport Provider and their applicable terms and conditions will be made available to you at the time of booking. You should read and fully understand them before completing any booking.

You agree to comply in full with all applicable Transport Provider Terms. You acknowledge that breaching Transport Provider Terms may result in cancellation of your booking or additional charges.

Linked itineraries: where you use Atollhop to book two or more connected transport legs, such as a domestic flight and a speedboat transfer, within a short period, these may form a linked itinerary. Each leg is provided by an independent operator. In the event of disruption to one leg, Atollhop bears no liability for missed connections on a subsequent leg with a separate operator.

These Terms set out the full extent of Atollhop's obligations and liabilities in respect of our Services and Platform. Atollhop has no responsibility for any arrangements you make with any Transport Provider as a result of using our Services.

If you encounter any problems with a booking, you acknowledge that your remedy lies with the relevant Transport Provider, not with Atollhop. Where our Platform contains links to third party sites or services, we have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies in transport schedules, prices, or availability; any disruption due to weather, sea conditions, or circumstances beyond the operator's control; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Atollhop is primarily a transport search and comparison platform. The vast majority of our content is schedule and pricing information received from trusted Transport Providers. We will act promptly on any reports of illegal or harmful content on our Platform, including illegal speech, discriminatory content, fraud, or intellectual property infringements.

Where you are aware of or reasonably suspect any illegal content on our Platform, please contact us via the details in Section 11 below.

These Terms are personal to you and may not be assigned to any third party without our prior written consent. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between us regarding your use of our Services and supersede all previous agreements or arrangements. Any failure by us to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it subsequently.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Maldives.
